瑞邦大口徑涂塑鋼管的用途

瑞邦涂塑鋼管按生產工藝可以分為噴塑、淋涂、熱浸塑等各種工藝。根據不同工藝，涂塑鋼管應用于各個工程。

1、內外噴涂工藝：選用靜電吸附理論，經過鋼管前處理，用噴槍進行噴涂聚乙烯或環氧樹脂粉末。又稱涂塑鋼管二代工藝，內外環氧復合鋼管。

2、淋涂工藝：又稱幕簾法，經過盛有粉末的篩子選用淋涂的方法，涂覆在加熱后的鋼管外壁上。

3、熔結環繞工藝：選用熱熔結環繞法，熱熔膠和聚乙烯選用擠出機的形式環繞在加熱后的鋼管上，發生反響構成三層結構，全稱是熔結環氧/擠塑聚乙烯結構防護層。

大口徑涂塑復合鋼管

瑞邦大口徑涂塑鋼管一般用在市政及各大建筑給排水上面，它是外壁涂裝高附著力、抗沖擊性、耐候型的熱固性粉末涂料，涂裝高附著力、熱塑性粉末涂料涂塑鋼管的粉末涂塑添加了阻燃劑并改性了環氧樹脂粉末，涂層的抗溫功能優越，在長期使用中不，不軟化,涂塑鋼管兼具了普通鋼管的度及塑脂產品的功能。產品抗壓功能到達0-5.0MPa。埋地涂塑鋼管適用于-20℃—80℃的工作，與其他金屬管、塑料管、復合管比較，它綜合了各種管道的特色，既有鋼管的強度，流體阻力小等特色，是一種粘結強度好的管道。

大口徑輸水涂塑復合鋼管的產品特色是涂層的附著力明顯提高，耐壓、不易脆化的產品質量，有良好的耐化學性，耐土壤和海洋環境生物化學腐蝕。
